Dr. Sarah Tolliver is very approachable and loves building relationships with families. She works hard to answer any questions a family may have, and if she does not readily know an answer, do what it takes to find one. Dr. Tolliver enjoys bringing fun and play into the clinic so that her patients feel welcome and as comfortable as possible. She is there for her patients and looks forward to caring for them and their families in the years to come.

Dr. Tolliver became a doctor to continually learn and challenge herself, build relationships, and improve the lives of her patients and her community. After practicing social work for a few years, she chose to pursue a career in medicine. She is a proud mother of two and an avid crafter. She loves finding ways to be creative. 

She came to Johnson City more than a decade ago for her husband’s graduate school program. She loves the gorgeous mountains, and the people here quickly become family. After training at ETSU, there was no question that she wanted to continue working with the people at ETSU Health.
